Exchanges

We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If in the event there is a mistake in your order, you will have 7 days (weekend included) to reach out to us and request a replacement and we will get one out to you before the end of the week. If an item is damaged, please email us with the image showing the damage as well as your order number. If the damage is done on our part, you will receive

a) Store credit in redemption for the damaged product
Or
b) A replacement product sent separately
Or
c) A replacement product sent with an order

Cancellations

Cancellations will not be permitted after 1 hour of purchase! After 24 hours, your order has begun processing. Absolutely no cancellations during sales or major promotions (birthdays, anniversaries, and black Friday)

Refunds


Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be given. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and reasoning. Our goal is for everybody to be happy with their stickers so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Accuracy of Billing and Account information


You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Other policies


    • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
